Meraki was brought to life when a long time friend spent a weekend hosting a Reiki pop up at my studio.

This was life changing for me.

I had discovered a natural way to center myself and clear out the trama, that we all as humans, carry within us. 

Inspired by my session, I knew this was for me. 

I later went on to certify in Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho levels I & II under the Usui System of Natural Healing. 

Along with my passion for knowledge on natural health, Reiki is one of the best decisions I've made and I look forward to expanding my services in the near future.
